1. Privacy Policy

At Aswan All Yours, accessible from https://aswanallyours.tours, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors.

Data We Collect

  • Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
  • Media: If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
  • Cookies: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name and email in cookies for your convenience. These last for one year. We also use temporary cookies on our login page to determine browser compatibility.

How We Use Your Data

  • Booking Information: Data provided during booking (name, contact info, etc.) is used solely to facilitate your tours in Aswan and communicate trip details.
  • Data Retention: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely. For registered users, we store the personal information provided in their user profile.
  • Your Rights: You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you or request that we erase any personal data. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because travel plans in Egypt can sometimes change, we aim to be as fair as possible with our cancellation terms.

Cancellation by the Guest

  • Up to 7 days before the tour: Full refund (minus any non-refundable transaction fees or pre-purchased tickets).
  • 3 to 6 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 48 hours before the tour / No-show: No refund will be issued.

Changes and Rescheduling

If you need to change your tour date, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability at no extra charge.

Cancellation by Aswan All Yours

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns), you will be offered:

  1. A full refund of all payments made.
  2. An alternative date for the tour.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at Info@aswanallyours.com with your booking reference number. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


3. Embedded Content

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, maps). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction.
